Matthew O'Brien
Founder and CEO
After 17 years in Industrial Manufacturing and Distribution Matthew entered the political world, serving as a strategist and consultant for domestic political leaders. He has advised on data analysis, demographic targeting, and message impact reviews. In 2019 Mr. O'Brien founded IMR to assist various sizes of business receive the information and strategic guidance mostly reserved for Fortune 500 companies. He brings a unique focus on Industrial processes, demographics, energy and material inputs, and global politics to strategic planning.

Michael Nelson

Prior to joining IMR, Mike served as an Army Special Forces officer, retiring after 23 years of active duty service. He served at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels including as the Deputy Director of the US Central Commander’s Action Group, Future Operations director of Combined Joint Interagency Task Force-Syria, Director of the Baghdad Targeting Cell, and as a special forces company and operational detachment- alpha commander in both Iraq and Afghanistan. He deployed eleven times to Iraq, Afghanistan, Jordan, Qatar, and Kosovo with the 82nd Airborne Division, the 5th Special Forces Group, Joint Special Operations Command, and Special Operations Command-Central.

​Bradley has spent the last 18 years growing and developing Sales management expertise within the Plastics marketplace. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Bradley has developed sales structures for small and medium sized manufacturing and distribution firms.
